"Gwendolyn was a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Tacoma, WA. She passed away Friday, September 15, 2016, at Our Lady of The Lake Hospital at age 61. She was a retired billing and coding specialist who enjoyed singing, dancing and having a good time. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, Thursday, September 22, 2016, from 10:00 am until religious services at 11:00 am conducted by Rev. Rolon Glover. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, Terry W. Richardson, Sr.; daughter, Ebony Richardson; sons, Terry Richardson, Jr., and Mychal Richardson; sisters, Kimberly Scales, Andrea Moore, and Evangeline Rodriguez; brothers, Randall Brown and Michael Cigar; and grandchildren, Tyra Richardson and Malaya Richardson. Gwendolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Claudette Johnson.
