

Harriet "MiMi" Neville Limper, 85, passed away in her Baton Rouge home surrounded by family Thursday, July 15, 2010. A native of Pinkneyville, Ill., she graduated from the University of Illinois with her bachelor's degree in chemistry, and retired from Ethyl Corp. as a technical writer. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution along with the Ex Libris book club. She was an avid reader, loved to sew and do crossword puzzles. Harriett was an adventurer at heart, traveling by the road less traveled. She leaves behind a son, Arthur Limper Jr. and his wife, Terri Barney Limper; a daughter, Anne Limper Burke; a sister, Charlotte Crowe; a brother, Donald Neville; a son-in-law, Stephen Burke; seven grandchildren, Travis Limper, Laure Limper, Megan Pettit, Brandee Hart, Ryan Burke, Mackenzie Burke and Caitlin Burke; and four great-grandchildren, Forrest Moore, Trey Sims, Zeke Limper and Arabella Limper. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arthur F. Limper Sr.; parents, Harry C. and Florence Devere Neville; brother, Howard Neville; and sister, Genevieve Saupe. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Sunday, July 18, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes on Monday from 10 a.m. until religious service in the funeral home chapel at noon, conducted by the Rev.
