Harry J. Bizette Sr.

Harry J. Bizette, Sr., a native of Jarreau, La and a resident of Baton Rouge, La, passed away August 24, 2012, he was 89. Harry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather; a parishioner of St. Pius Catholic Church and retired from Allied Chemical. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mildred Callahan Bizette, of White Castle, La; children: Harry Bizette, Jr. and wife, Cathie; Carol B. Blanchard and husband, Wayne; Mona B. Harding and husband, Glyn; James Bizette and Tammy B. Wilson; nine grand children and 12 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Isidore and Meleda Bueche Bizette; siblings: Della Agillard, Hermine David, Addie Bonaventure, Rose Lemoine, Anna Johnson, Beverly Bizette and Joseph Loupe; grandchildren: Trey Harding, James Ladd Bizette and Michael Wray Franklin. Special thanks to care givers, Sharon Patin and Kassey Moore. Visitation will be held at St. Pius Catholic Church, 6380 Hooper Road, Baton Rouge, La., from 9am until funeral service at 11am.
