Harry John Fitzgerald, Jr. passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the age of 87. Harry is survived by his wife, Marjorie; children, Karen Trappey (Fritz), John Fitzgerald (Kari), Paul Fitzgerald (April), and Shari Ashe (Adam); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Beth Mikovich; and numerous other family members. Harry is preceded in death by his parents, Harry, Sr. and Margaret Fitzgerald.
Visitation will be at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 14040 Greenwell Springs Rd., Greenwell Springs, LA, on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 11:30am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
