Hazel C Magnolia

Hazel Chargois Magnolia, born August 9, 1927, was a resident of Baton Rouge. She passed from this life to her heavenly home on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at the age of 87. She was a devoted Lutheran and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Trinity Lutheran Church, 10925 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Saturday, January 10, 2015, from 9:00 AM until the service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be: Brent Hicks, Michael Hicks, Tommy LeBlanc, R.M. Branstetter Jr., Trey Branstetter and Callie Spiller Jr. Survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Steve Magnolia; her children, Sue and husband, Mike Hicks and Randy Magnolia and wife, Rhonda; her grandchildren, Brent Hicks and wife Willa LeBlanc; Brad Hicks; Renee and husband Tommy LeBlanc; her great-grandchildren, Michael and Lauren Hicks; Clay and Kate LeBlanc; step-great-grandson, Jed LeBlanc; sisters, Elizabeth Spiller and Virginia Koonce; brother, C.L. Chargois. Preceded in death by parents, John and Metha Chargois; sisters, Jackie Chargois, Irene Munson and Viola Grasso; brothers, J.E. Chargois and John G. Chargois Jr.
