Helen Webb Petty

Helen Virginia "Nana" Webb Petty passed away on Wednesday November 20, 2013 in Baton Rouge, La. She was born on March, 1, 1918 in Supply, Oklahoma. She was a retired bookkeeper with the Orthopedic Clinic. She was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge. Mrs. Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Petty, son, Ronald Petty, daughter, Sharon Beard, one sister, 2 brothers and one grandson. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Templeton and husband Charles D. of Baton Rouge, son, Robert V. Petty and wife Carol of Sun Lakes, AZ, son in law, Thomas R. Beard of Baton Rouge. Also survived by six grandsons, one grand daughter and eight great grandchildren. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Associate Pastor Katie McKay Simpson will officiate. Visitation on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home after 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home. Contributions to Hospice of Baton Rouge preferred.
