
Henry L. Eiserloh Jr., 76, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009. Mr. Eiserloh graduated from Holy Cross High School and Loyola University in New Orleans. A native of New Orleans, he moved to Pearl River in 1990. He worked for Security Homestead, Secor and Regions banks until his retirement. He was active at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, having served as a Eucharistic minister and member of the Antonians and Knights of Columbus. Mr. Eiserloh is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joyce; and their five children, Arthur and his wife, Leslie, Gretchen and her husband, Jack Green, Lesa, Henry III and his wife, Renee, and Anna and her husband, James Best; seven grandchildren, Lauren, Heidi and A.J. Eiserloh, Matthew Green, Estelle, Grace and Mary Eiserloh; and sister, Zelda Eiserloh Reuter. His funeral service will be held at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Pearl River, on Tuesday, Sept. 15, with visitation from 9:30 a.m. until Catholic Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, at 1:30 p.m. His family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to The American Cancer Society.
