"As the deer longs for streams of water, so my soul longs for you, my God." (Ps. 42:1). Henry Duncan Robinson, our beloved son and brother, went to dwell with our Lord on December 21, 2013. He was surrounded by those who loved him dearly since birth. Henry was a loving and generous friend to many, and all who knew him loved the way his smiles brightened their days. A senior at University High, Henry was a gifted artist and emerging architect. We look forward to that day when we reunite with him and enjoy all the projects he is surely now preparing. Henry passes on to join his family who preceded him in death, including his maternal grandmother, Lynn Lafaye Duncan, and his three namesakes; Henry Ashton Lafaye, Henry Albert Robinson, and William H. Norman Duncan, maternal grandfather. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Katie Robinson, and his sister, Carolyn. He is also survived by paternal grandparents, Ron and Carolyn Robinson, and numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service followed by a reception has been planned for Thursday, December 26 at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 763 North Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home. It was important to Henry that he was an organ donor, and in lieu of flowers Henry would want you to consider supporting LOPA (www.lopa.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.lopa.org" target="_blank">www.lopa.org).
