

She was born on September 21, 1951, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Freddie Levy and Lucinda Dunn Levy.
Jacqueline was known for her love for her kids and grandchildren, her fun and outgoing personality, and being the life of the party. She worked as a Tag Agent at Express OMV (East Airport Dr) after retiring from the state and dedicated her life to helping others.
She enjoyed going to family functions, sitting outside while listening to music, traveling with family, going to/zoom watching her Jehovah Witness meetings, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her dancing, her kindness, her laughter, and her sense of humor.
Jacqueline Marie Dunbar is survived by her two children: LaShaunda Dunbar and Monica Dunbar, six grandchildren: Darius Dunbar, DeQuan Dunbar, Bradley Winters Jr., Damoni Dunbar, Malaysia Dunbar, and Rio Williams, two siblings: Alfred Levy (Pat) and Annette Williams (Isadore), one great granddaughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Freddie Levy and Lucinda Levy, one daughter Monique Dunbar, two brothers Richard Levy and Freddie Barns.
No funeral services will be held at this time. The family appreciates your prayers and support as they mourn privately.

Her smile, her strength, and her love will stay with us forever. Jacqueline Dunbar will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.
