James Raymond Blakely C.L.U.was 85 years old. Born in Eerie, Pa. He graduated from Cathedral Prep and went on to graduate from Gannon University and received his commission from the United States Army. He married Joan Marguerite Ruhl and they had 3 children, James C Blakely of Phoenix, AZ, Lisa Anne Macy of Fl and Sean Blakely of Baton Rouge, La. They have 5 grandchildren (James C Blakely Jr, Keegan Macy, Patrick Blakely, Ryan Blakely and Carly Blakely). James retired from an award winning career in life insurance, most recently Group Benefits of Louisiana and was President of the Life Insurance Underwriter's Association.
