James Bowling

James “Tony” Bowling passed away on Friday, February 18, 2011 at the age of 52. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Dianne Bowling; mother, Elizabeth Bowling; children, Shanna Bryant and husband Johnathan, Brad Starns and wife Falen, Camille Fife and husband Michael, and Amber Bowling; brothers, Roy and DeWayne Bowling; sisters Denise Sanchez, and Jeannine Doyle; grandchildren, Hinesley, Maggie, and Gracie Bryant, and Bralen Starns; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, James Lynsy Bowling. He was a long time member of Voice of Pentecost Church and was employed with Georgia Pacific. Visitation will be at Voice of Pentecost Church, 10770 Greenwell Springs, Baton Rouge, LA 70814, on Sunday, February 20, 2011 from 5 pm to 9 pm and will resume on Monday from 9 am until religious services at 11 am conducted by Pastor Robert Martin. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be DeWayne Bowling, Melvin Bowling, Caleb Bowling, David Bowling, Larry Bowling, Logan Doyle, Nathan Sanchez, and Tom Laidlaw.
