A resident of St. Francisville, he died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, in St. Francisville. He was 67, a U.S. Army veteran and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 3 p.m. until religious service at 5 p.m. He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth L. Voss and Lisa Mills Dougherty; three sons, Philip L. LeBlanc, Christopher S. LeBlanc and Gene Mills; two sisters, Sallie L. Weeks and Patsy Dillard; and 18 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sara and Noland LeBlanc; a sister, Peggy Pullam; a brother, Jack LeBlanc; and a daughter, Melanie Mills.
