James W. McConnell, age 88, a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and a long time resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015. He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas and long-time partner in the firm PVF, Inc. He retired after the company was sold in 1982. J.W. proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He is preceded in death by his wife, Madalyn. He is survived by his two sons, Steven and Scott, and Scott's wife, Regena, as well as three grand-children: Jillian, Knox and Liam. Internment will be at the Greenoaks Cemetery on Friday, June 5, with service in the mausoleum chapel beginning at noon.
