Jewel Lorraine Morgan Devall, a native of Greenburg, Louisiana and resident of Baton Rouge, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Jewel lived a long fulfilling life and passed that century mark earlier this year.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 10 am until funeral services begin at 12 pm, conducted by Rev. Larry Moak. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
Jewel is survived by her son, Gary Devall and his wife Patti: a daughter-in-law, Debbie Devall; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a special niece, Susan Pagel.
Jewel was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd E. Devall; her son, Mark S. Devall, mother and father, three brothers and a sister.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jewel’s caregivers Ann and Sharon, Nurse Kat, Chase Home Healthcare and The Hospice of Baton Rouge.
