

2nd Timothy: For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Went to be with the Lord on June 2, 2011, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A homemaker and resident of Baton Rouge, she was 69. Jewel is survived by her husband of 36 years Thomas A. (Tom) Roach; daughter Christy R. Inman and husband Ronnie; three step-sons Butch Tuck and wife Cathy; Darin Roach and wife Amy; Scottie Roach and wife Devlin “Shane”; eight grandchildren David Tuck; Marc, James and Michael Luxemburg; Kaelea Roach; Alyssa and Gabby Rollins, and Elizabeth Jewel Inman. Jewel had numerous nieces and nephews. Special ones Blair and Cindy Chenevert; Cathy Myers, also survived by her brother Clay “C.M” Chenevert Jr. Jewel was preceded in death by her parents Christine and Clay Chenevert Sr., and a brother Edward A. Chenevert. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Saturday June 4, 2010 from 9am till service time at 12pm conducted by Rev. Vickie Sutton. Interment to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
