Ina, I'm sorry to hear of your loss.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I met Jimmy in the spring of 1956 when he rolled into my fathers Gulf service station for gas.  he was driving a 1950 ford with dual exhaust that really sounded sweet.  I walked over and inquired about the mufflers and that set off a long and close friendship which I will always cherish.  He was true to himself and always would tell you what he thought.  We worked around the country as Iron workers.  He was a trusted connector and was always do more than his share.  He would absorb what you knew and then set out to improve on it without fanfare.  I will miss him and his always comment "YOU ARE LATE", with a sly grin and a look of anticipated response.  I loved him like a brother. In many ways he was.  RIP JIMMY...J.R.Hall

Jimmy, you were a very good friend to me and I loved you like a brother. I am deeply saddened and I am going to miss you a lot. My best buddy is in Heaven looking down and taking care of everyone from there now as you always did take care of people you loved.
