A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Livonia, he passed away March 1, 2008, at Landmark of Baton Rouge. He was 83, husband of 51 years to the late Josephine LeJeune. He retired with 30 years of service from the field engineering department of the East Baton Rouge city-parish government and was a parishioner of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday, March 3, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home resumes Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Pius X Catholic Church on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Alec Sheldon, celebrant. Interment with military honors in Roselawn Memorial Park. Survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Cheryl LeJeune; sister, Bernice Sanders; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Katie and Benny Drago; and grandchildren Christine, Brian and Bradley LeJeune.
