An army veteran passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at the age of 80. He was born on May 21, 1932. He was the owner of Price’s Bar located on Airline Hwy. in Baton Rouge and he served his country with great pride in the Korean War. A graveside service will be held at Greenoaks Memorial Park 9595 Florida Blvd. on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 11 AM. Austin is survived by his three nieces June Price Bryan, Cheryl Price Boyett, and Linda Price Schmolke; one great Nephew, TJ (Trent) Bryan; and two great nieces, Morgan Bryan and Rheanna Boyett. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Emery Price and Annie Smith Price; and his beloved younger brother, William Gary Price.
