A retired East Baton Rouge Parish school bus driver, she died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006. She was 87, a resident of Baton Rougeand a native of New Orleans. Visiting was at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., on Friday, Dec. 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Visitation at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Saturday, Dec. 30, from 12:30 p.m. until religious service at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by husband of 65 years, Gordon Allen; daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Victor Erwin; daughter, Carol Allen-Wood; son, Gordon Allen; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Paul Hesser; son-in-law, Don Wilkinson; grandchildren, Victor Erwin, Keith Erwin, Heather W. Morrogh and her husband Sean Morrogh, and John Wood; great-grandchildren, London and Donavan Morrogh; and nieces, Mary C. Ledbetter and Diane C. Lewis. Preceded in death by daughter, Eileen Wilkinson; parents, Emma and Joseph Blum; brother, John Blum; and sister, Mary B. Champayne. She attended LSU and was a member of Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
