A resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at Vital Source Specialty Hospital. She was 72. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 9:30 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. David Womack. Interment in Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery, Bogalusa, at 3 p.m. Wednesday. She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Cheryl and Vernell McKenzie, Pam Jenkins, and Laurie and Doyle Haney; son, Bradley Jenkins; sister, Angelina Wilson; and six grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Cecil L. Jenkins; parents and five siblings.
