I see it says Jules Rousseau. I took the pic out, it was photographed in Mobile, AL. I saw the name of the studio, I found the obit and looked inside our Ancestry acct. My husband and I are heavily into genealogy, research, etc. My husband was a Marine like him. I feel like this could be your relative and I would love to return the photo to one of his family.
