Juliette Claire Breaux

"Juliette Claire Breaux, a resident of Baton Rouge since 1934, died in her sleep on August 25, after spending the day with her family members. She is survived by three nephews, Richard Gale Creed, Jr. (Kipp) and wife, Sarah Anne; Stephen Gilbert Creed; John Curtis Creed, and wife Lisa and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Camille Billeaud Breaux and her sister, Camille Breaux Creed. She attended St. Joseph's Academy, Baton Rouge High School and LSU, where she joined Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She was a member of the Junior League, Questor's Book Club, the City Club and long time member of St. Aloysius Parish. She retired from the Louisiana Department of Revenue after decades of service. She loved her extended family, and her many dear friends. She was a longtime resident of St. James Place, where she received excellent care; especially, from her companion, Amanda. A private funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 28th at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, followed by a family reception at the Baton Rouge Country Club. She will be buried at Roselawn Cemetery.
