
A beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010, at her home in Sunshine from pancreatic cancer. She was 77 when our Lord and Savior called her home. She was born Aug. 18, 1932. She retired from the East Iberville Parish Library and also served as a voting commissioner in East Iberville Parish. She attended Louisiana College and LSU. She was a wonderful mother to her seven children and was blessed to have 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren whom she cherished. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., on Monday, March 29, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home chapel Tuesday, March 30, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Interment in Azalea Rest Cemetery, Zachary. Preceded in death by her father, Cloyd Orville Hopkins; and mother, Pansy Erline Watson Hopkins, who was of Rayville. She is survived by seven children, six sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Dee Morgan, Reece and Marsha Morgan, Don and Nancy Morgan, Scott and Adelaide Morgan, Bart and Kim Morgan, and Joe and Nancy Morgan; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Robby Toups; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marion and Norman Colvin, and Joe Franke and Ed McFatter; 12 grandchildren, Brandee Patrick, Cody Morgan, Ashley Morgan, Laurel Morgan, Jake Morgan, Matt Morgan, Ethan Morgan, Garrett Morgan, Sarah Haydel, Britlyn Morgan, Marshall Morgan and Trey Toups; and four great-grandchildren, Hagen Haydel, John Russell Haydel, Clayton Haydel and Grelee Patrick. Pallbearers will be Mike Morgan, Reece Morgan, Don Morgan, Scott Morgan, Bart Morgan, Joe Morgan and Robby Toups.
