“The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want…” Psalm 23:1 Kathryn Patricia Ferguson Culmone a strong, dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, cousin and friend passed away at 12:00 pm, Friday, July 12, 2013. Pat was a faith filled servant of the Lord who entered into eternal rest after a lingering illness surrounded by her family. Born on November 7, 1939, Pat was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge. She had a passion for Life, Love and Family and spent her life doing what she loved most by making memories for her children and grandchildren. She will live on forever in our hearts and will be dearly missed. Proceeded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Joseph B. Culmone and her beloved parents, Russell B. and Elma Ferguson. Survived by her children, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Russell Culmone, Frank Joseph Culmone, Rodney and Bertha Culmone Hodges, Kent and Marie Culmone Dekerlegand, Judith Culmone, Joseph Batista Jr. and Shirlene Culmone, and Todd and Nannette Culmone Sunde. She also leaves behind 21 adoring grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Monday, July 15 from 5 pm 8 pm with a Rosary at 6:30 pm. Visitation at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 455 Marquette Ave., on Tuesday, July 16, from 9:30 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, celebrated by Rev. Cleo J. Milano. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Frankie Culmone, Joe Culmone, Lane Hodges, Kent Dekerlegand, Todd Sunde, Kevin Humble, Justin Crawford and Rod Hodges.
