Keith Paul Phillips, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was born November 12, 1955, and went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2026, after an illness. Keith is survived by his daughter, Mary Ann Russell (William Todd), their children Kason and Jase; his son, Adam Keith Phillips (Amanda), their daughter, Emily, with daughter Ella expected soon; and his children's mother, Paula Smith Phillips. He is also survived by his siblings, Brian Phillips (Andrea), Jeanie Hannaman (Phil), Craig Phillips (Nedemar), and Kevin Phillips (Jennifer); along with numerous nieces and nephews. Keith is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald E. "Jerry" Phillips and R.J. Phillips. A celebration of Keith's life will be held at a later date.
