Kevin M. Roché was called to his eternal home Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010. He was a resident of Prairieville and a native of Gretna. Kevin was born Oct. 27, 1959, and was a graduate of Archbishop Shaw High School and earned a degree in accounting from Xavier University. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Brenda Darensbourg; two daughters, Keriayn Leary and husband Kenneth, and Brandi Roché. He was a loving grandfather to three beautiful granddaughters, Kaylin Leary, Kirsten Leary and Cheri Roché. He is sadly missed by his mother, Louise D. Roché; grandmother, Olivia Domingue; three brothers, Eric Roché and wife Maria, Keith Roché and Troy Roché and wife Angela; a sister, Amyre Romain and husband Paul; and nieces, Candice Roché Angelle Roché and Ashley Roché. Preceded in death by his father, Lionel M. Roché; grandparents, Arthur and Leona Roché and Charles Domingue. A memorial Mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 15208 La. 73, Prairieville, on Saturday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. and a recitation of the rosary at 9:30 a.m.
