Landon Goodman Davenport, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away late Sunday, September 22, 2013, at the age of 51. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Ellen Davenport; brother, Tom Forest Davenport, III; sister, Laurie Davenport Brown; Nephew, Jason Brown; and niece, Emily Brown. He was a loving father and friend who will be remembered for his generous heart and his passion and talent for cooking. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom Forest Davenport, Jr., and Mary Ellen Goodman Davenport. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst East, 11000 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70815, on Friday, Sept. 27, 2013 from 5pm-8pm, with a memorial service at 6pm.
