I had the honor of working with Billy. I always admired is straight forward approach, his honesty, and his devotion to family. He always seemed to find the positive in the negative. He was a man with Honor. If it was wrong he would fix it, if it was what he believed in whole heartedly he stood his ground. My Heart and Prayers go out to your family. Gonna miss that sense of humor and the bull that we used to throw around in front of Shawn. You really touched my heart man, and I am gonna miss you.

How long will the pain last?" A broken hearted mourner asked me.
 "All the rest of your life" I have to answer truthfully.
 We never quite forget, no matter how many years pass, we remember.
 The loss of a loved one is like a major operation. Part of us is removed,
 and we have the scar the rest of our lives. as the years go by, we manage.
 There are things to do ,and people to care for, tasks that call for our
 full attention.
 But the pain is still there, not far below the surface.
 We see a face that looks familiar, hear a voice that echoes, see a
 photograph in
 someone's album, see a landscape we once saw together, and it seems as
 though
 a knife is in the wound again. But not so painfully. And mixed with joy
 too.
 Because remembering a happy time is not all sorrow, it brings back
 happiness with it.
 How long will the pain last?
 All the rest of your life. But the things to remember is not only the pain
 will last, but
 the blessed memories as well.
 Tears are proof of life.
 The more love, the more tears.
 If this be true, how could we ever ask that the pain cease altogether.
 For then the memory of love would go with it.
 The pain of grief is the price we pay for love.



This was sent to me when I lost my mother in 2008. It touched me, and helped me through the pain of losing her. I thought it might help Billy`s family.

My loving thoughts to my Uncle Larry and Aunt Berta, Billy and Kelly was always our world, We all grew up together and the most amazing family attachment, I recall one night, in the old house, Aunt Bert let us make a tent and we played all thru the night, and I think we even watch the Wizard of Oz on their old black and white t.v. Billy will be badly missed, a piece of my heart is gone. But I know we will all reunite again in heaven someday, with Momma Orillion, and what a glorious day it will be. Dear Precious Billy,

You lived just being BILLY and you died just being BILLY.  Living the way you did is why everyone loved you so very much.  I wonder if you realized just how loved you were.  I'm sorry it took me so long to write this, but the pain is as hard as when I lost Reece Cup.  Good night my dear precious nephew until we can say "Good Morning" once again to each other.  I love you so much, my dear sweet Billy.

     Billy was my my son, my friend, and my little buddy. 
     From the time he came out of his mothers womb, he was on the move. He was the hardest working man I ever knew (with maybe the exception of his grandfather (my father-in-law Emmit E. Rollins). Not because he was my son but because it was true.
     He would want to fight you one minute and the next give you anything you needed - including help.
      He and I (and his brother Shawn (Kelly) did everything together. We all helped one another - if one needed help all three were there.
     He was his Mama's boy.
     Bert(a), Shawn, and I really appreciate all of the visitors at the funeral home and the cards and other gifts we have received.                                       I'll try and say more later but for now I'm grieving too much and hurting too bad.

i only met him once that i can remember and that one visit has given me a lifetime of memory's i have never forgot him and will never forget him he was the best,kind,loving and funniest man i have ever had the pleasure of knowing and very happy to be his family i will greatly miss him here with us but he will always live on in the love and memory's of the people who knew him he will always live on in my heart

My thoughts and prayers are with Billy's family and friends at this time. We were childhood friends who grew up in the same neighborhood.

This totally sucks.  I am so sorry for your pain and suffering Uncle Larry and Aunt Berta and Kelly.  I know how hard this is.  Please know that I am here for the family.  I love you so very much.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.

I will miss you Billy.

I have never met a man quite like Billy.  He was always willing to help others and helped me, my children and my family a lot over the years we were blessed to know each other.  I am very happy to hear that he was able and willing to find Peace during his journey, that was cut short on this earth.  But God has a bigger plan than we can imagine and I am so blessed to have gotten many glimpses of the beauty that was inside of Billys soul.

  Prayers for Trey & the Orillion family. I haven't seen Billy since we courted in junior high at Park Forest Middle school. I remember his sweetness,sincerity & that shy smile that had a way of lighting up my heart. I had just this week wondered what happened to him in life. It was while reminicing about him I had realized it was through the goodness of the Holy Spirit that dwelled in Billy & I we had bonded as friends. He was truly a childhood soul mate. Rememering him has given me the clarity that I needed to realign my spirit more in tune to my childhood spirit,to a time before I had permitted this world to harden it. Needless to say this rocks my soul to only find out in the same week that I received such an awesome spiritual gift because of pondering about about times spent with my friend Billy, I also receive word of his passing. It is so ironic to me as I gain wisdom & become closer to God because of becasue of Billy's gentle soul, Billy is with him. It is through this that I am so wowed by God power & how he uses the purity in our hearts as vessels to bring us closer to him..... I had added him as a friend to my facebook just this Tuesday & couldn't wait for him to add me so I could catch up on the past 35 years with him....Only the good die young. There is no doubt that his spirit will live on through those who knew him. Thanks for being who you were Billy, a vessel of God, his child. It was a blessing to me & im sure to those who took the time to know you. Peace my friend until we meet again.

I knew Billy in Middle School and was shocked to hear of his passing. I can still picture him back then, everyone loved to be around him. Shy but very well mannered. I had just added him with a friend on f/b and sorry I didn't get to talk with him again. My prayers to his family and friends, God Bless

We miss you and will always remeber you. My kids will miss their tractor rides with you everyday! He was a great man and will be deeply missed by many people.

Mr.Billy was a great man. We always joked. around,my kids would wait for him to come home everyday so they could ride on the tractor , that was their thing .he helped my sister and bother in law out so much. God has got an awesome angel with him. We love you and will miss you deeply.

Billy will be greatly missed but not forgotten.  He was a true friend and always willing to help anyone in need.  I can just look at my floors and remember him.  He is in our hearts and prayers.

Billy will be greatly missed, he never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand.  All you had to do was call and he was there to do what he could. I always told Billy that he was like one of my own sons and he always picked on me and called me mom.  There isn't a room in my home that I cannot go in and remember him for he put down all of the flooring.  Sadly I regret that we did not get to see more of Billy.  He will always be cherished and remembered in our home with love and affection.
