John 6:47 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” Laura Ann LeBlanc Daigle, a native of Morganza, Louisiana and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Thursday May 17, 2018 at the age of 99. Laura was a devout Christian with a gentle spirit and a kind heart. She loved spending time with her family and was a true Blessing to all who knew her. She was a retired school bus attendant, assisting children with special needs. Laura was a long standing member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Simon Joseph Daigle, grandchildren, Tonya Daigle and Michael Buxton, her parents, Abel and Corrine LeBlanc and 6 siblings, George LeBlanc, Norman LeBlanc, Vella Bouquet, Enola Bouquet, Ervin LeBlanc and Ernest LeBlanc. Laura is survived by her 8 children, Russell Daigle (Peggy), Henry Daigle (Janice), Harold Daigle (Elva), Gerald Daigle (Carla), Gloria Passantino (Ferd), Steve Daigle (Gayle), Sue Adams (Dave), and Darryl Daigle. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 5 pm-8 pm. Visitation will resume at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 8:30 am -10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 11 am.
