
Leona Ouber Schultz, a resident of Baton Rouge, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at Baton Rouge Health Care Center. She was 78 and a native of St. Francisville. She was a retired employee of BellSouth, member of the Orchid Society and the Trinity Lutheran Church. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park Mausoleum. Services under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home. Survivors include her daughter, Donnice Bizette and husband Roger Bizette Jr.; two sisters, Flo Jordan, and Linda Johnson and husband Grant; three brothers, B.B. Ouber, Alex Ouber and Jimmie Ouber; three grandchildren, Roger Bizette III, Shane Bizette and Angela Bastin; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Roger Bizette III, Shane Bizette, Barry Ouber, Bennie Hughes, Robert Hughes and Paul Ouber. Preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Schultz; parents, Bennie and Ida Lambert Ouber; and two brothers and two sisters. The family wishes to thank Dr. Terry Rehn and the staff of Baton Rouge Health Care and Generations Hospice for their love and care.
