

Linda Macaluso Sikes was called to her heavenly home on October 29, 2025, at the age of 68. She was born on September 2, 1957, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A graduate of Belaire High School, Linda dedicated many years of service to the Baton Rouge Cardiology Center, where her kindness and compassion touched the lives of both coworkers and patients alike.
Linda had a deep love for her family and found great joy in spending time with them. She was also an avid crafter who loved cross-stitch and crochet as well as shopping and the QVC channel. She was preceded in death by her father Anthony Macaluso, her mother, Margaret Macaluso, and her brother, John Macaluso. Linda is survived by her daughters, Brandy Shaffett (Ben) and Amanda Hines (Eric); her brother, David Macaluso (D’Anna); her grandchildren, Presley Shaffett, Anthony Shaffett, Sophia Hines, and Natalie Hines; her nephews, Michael Macaluso (Jamie) and Kenneth “Brosie” Macaluso (Shannon); her niece, Carlee Macaluso; and her great niece, Emily Macaluso. Linda was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs.
Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday November 6th from 10am until the Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11am. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
