Lois Kimbrough Benson, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Sunday January 23, 2011. She was an extremely loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her children: Kenneth W. Benson, Jr., Kathie Benson Kuchta, and Kim Benson; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister Kathryn Kimbrough Vincent and sister-in-law Evelyn B. Fama. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth W. Benson, Sr. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Wednesday January 26, 2011 from 2pm until 8pm and continuing on Thursday January 27, 2011 from 8am until time of services at 10am. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
