

Lois Pickett Jackson, native of Basin, Wyoming and resident of Baton Rouge, La. passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the age of 88. Lois was a retired Registered Nurse. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Volunteers of America, and was a Pink Lady at Woman’s Hospital. She was an avid LSU fan, enjoyed sewing, gardening, reading, and square dancing. Lois enjoyed the outdoors and spending time at the family camp on False River. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Lois is survived by her daughter, Lana Kaiser and husband, Adrian E. “Manny” Kaiser; sons, Stephen Jackson and wife, Trudy and Brian Miles Jackson and partner, Maria Burke; grandchildren, Adrian “Ty” Kaiser IV, Kristen Bridges and husband, Hal and Ryan Kaiser and wife, Emily; great grandchildren, Caitriona Kaiser, Jackson Bridges, Haley Bridges, Ethan Bridges, Natalie Kaiser, and Claire Kaiser. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Wayne Jackson; parents, Lloyd and Florence Pickett, and brother, Howard Pickett. Visitation will be held at First United Methodist Church, 930 North Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA. 70802, on Saturday, March 19, 2016 beginning at 11am until funeral service at 12pm conducted by Rev.
