

Mallory “Joe” Hearn Highfill, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the age of 95. She was known as Mama Joe to all her family. She was born in Madison Station, Mississippi and a resident of Baton Rouge. After rounds and rounds of trying to make her an LSU fan, she was adamant of her teams, Ole Miss and Miss. State. She is survived by her daughters, Hershey Ann Seals and Mallory Sue Juneau and husband, Pete; grandchildren, Marc Seals, Marlon Seals, Jennifer Manuel, Chris Juneau; great-grandchildren, Tiffany Gauthier, Jacob Gauthier, Aaron Seals, Jonathan Seals, Chrislyn Seals, Anna Grace Seals, Gabriel Seals, Noah Seals, and Kate Manuel; great-great-grandchildren, Daniel Gauthier Seals, Christian Gauthier, and Ayden Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tillman G. Highfill; parents, James and Vicia Hearn; her beloved grandson, Michael Anthony Seals; and her siblings. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 10 a.m. Interment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
