Mandy Tillotson

Mandy Tillotson a native of Dutchdown Louisiana was born on September 21, 1944 to the late Robert and Luverta Dunbar Sr. She entered eternal rest on June 19, 2026 at the age of 81. She was a graduate of Prairieville High School Class of 1964.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She always showed love to everyone she encountered. Always smiling and willing to help. She loved to cook; especially baking cakes (jello cakes and coconut cakes) and was also known as the family seamstress.

She was preceded in death by her husband Louis Tillotson, her parents Luverta and Robert Dunbar Sr., three sisters Leona Beauchamp, Hester Lomas, Kim Jackson; four brothers Louis Dunbar, Donald Dunbar, Robert Dunbar Jr. and George Dunbar; son in law Robert Johnson Jr., and one grandson Jarae Johnson.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her daughter Janeiro Johnson of Prairieville LA, son Tasoni Tillotson of Dallas TX and a granddaughter Alyssa Johnson of Metairie LA as well as three sisters Melvina Wilson Geismar LA, Luverta Dunbar Geismar LA, and Grace Wilson Gonzales LA. Sister In Law Brenda Mitchell Geismar LA. Two Brother in laws Henry Tillotson Houston TX and Leonard (Mattie) Tillotson Tuscaloosa AL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815, on June 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by the Funeral at Greenoaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815.

Interment will take place at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815, on June 26, 2026.
