

A native and resident of Baton Rouge, she died Sunday, June 17, 2012, at her residence. She was 86 and a retired State Department of Labor employee. Margaret gave lovingly of her time at St. Patrick Catholic Church, serving in many ministries including Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Ministry to the Homebound and Bible Study. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, June 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Recitation of the Rosary will take place on Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 8:30 a.m. followed by resumption of visitation from 9:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. celebrated by the Rev. Jerry Martin. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by a daughter, Mary B. Vought of Baton Rouge, a son and daughter-in-law, Byron E. and Frances "Tootsie" Beverly of Gonzales, 5 grandchildren, Jeremiah and wife, Rachel, Andrew and Benjamin Vought and Tami and husband, Daniel Beane and Sheree and husband Brad Blanchard. Active pallbearers will be Benjamin Vought, Andrew Vought, Brad Blanchard, David Terrio, Jerry Curtis and Darrel LeBlanc. Honorary Pallbearers will be Marvin Ourso, Daniel Beane and Jeremiah Vought. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmond J. and Claudine Guichet Esneault; and a brother, Eugene Esneault.
