Margaret Pizzolato Cusimano, a beloved resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on November 7, 1932, Margaret was a cherished member of her family and community.
Margaret is survived by her son, Luke A. Cusimano, Jr., affectionately known as LJ, and her grandchildren, Luke A. Cusimano, III, lovingly called Trey, and Travis Joseph Cusimano. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren George Cusimano, Charles Cusimano, Luke A. Cusimano, IV, Jack Cusimano, Brennan Russo, and Bronson Russo, who will all carry forward her legacy and memory.
The family will receive friends for a visitation at St Aloysius Catholic Church, located at 2025 Stuart Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808, on January 27, 2026, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. A funeral service will follow at the same location from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70816, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
Margaret will be fondly remembered for her warm spirit and the love she shared with her family and friends.
