Marie Annette Chustz

Marie Annette Molaison Chustz, born October 4, 1925 passed away peacefully at her home July 23, 2015. A native of Addis, LA and resident of Baton Rouge since 1950. Member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. Prior to her death she spent 3 years as a resident of Lake Sherwood Retirement Village before returning to her beloved home for her remaining time on earth. She is survived by three daughters Carolyn M. Chustz, Nettie ( Puddin ) Chustz Smith and Larry Cunningham, Deborah Chustz and Husband Keith J. St.Romain. Eight grandchildren Sean and wife Deborah Horn, Jason Horn, Monica and Jeff Whittington, Stephen and Amy Rice, Ashley and Chris Worley, Matthew and Olivia Smith and Christopher Smith. Five Great-grandchildren, Cody and Jessica Horn, Logan and Rocky Smith, and Lucy Belle Worley. Preceded in death by her husband of 68 years James Ferdinand Chustz III, her parents Edwin and Celestine Molaison, 3 sisters and 3 brothers and sons-in-law Hartwig Andrew Schuyten, Troy Edwin Smith, and John Leonard Horn. A private service will be held at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Special thanks to Bridgeway Hospice, her caregivers Louise Sibley and Ruby Henyard.
