Marjorie Prudhomme Siegel

A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Opelousas, she passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at Hospice of Baton Rouge. She was 93 and the wife of the late Sidney Raymond Siegel. She is survived by her children, Mary Sylvia Siegel, Lois Ann Siegel Lindsey and husband James W. Lindsey, and William Arthur Siegel; grandchildren, Jessica Ann Lindsey Borstel and husband Frederic Borstel, of Madisonville, James Wyatt Lindsey and wife Jamie Lauren Price Lindsey, of Ocean Springs, Miss., and Matthew Kemp Lindsey, of Baton Rouge; and great-grandchildren, Margaret Ann Borstel, Audrey Louise Borstel, James Elliott Price Lindsey and Caden Matthew Boudreaux. Also preceded in death by her parents, Ella Hamilton Prudhomme and William Louis Prudhomme; and nine siblings. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, July 2, was from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Visiting will continue at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Opelousas, on Thursday, July 3, from 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment in Bellevue Memorial Park.
