SNIDER, MARTHA ANN RUSSELLShe passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014 at her home. She was 81 and a native of Grayson, LA. and a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, LA. She was a graduate of Bolton High School, Alexandria, LA, and Louisiana College in Pineville, LA with a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics. Martha is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, William Roy Snider; daughter, Judie Snider Jackson and husband John C. Jackson, III of Austin, TX; two sons, William Russell Snider and wife Mary Jean Holt of New Orleans, LA and Dyer Cooney Snider and wife Jill Snider Cooney of Eugene, OR; three grandchildren, John C. Jackson, IV, Sara Holt Snider and husband Nicholas Davis Howard and Jesse Solon Snider. Preceded in death by her parents, Jewell Edith Ferguson Russell and Rev. Arthur Lavelle Russell; and brother, Justin Lavelle Russell. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. in Greenoaks Memorial Park Mausoleum.
