Mary Gulino Guarino

Guarino, Mary GulinoA homemaker and native and resident of Baton Rouge, Mary Gulino Guarino died at 10:49 pm on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at The Crossing. She was 95. Visitation will be at St. Louis King of France Catholic Church on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 9 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am celebrated by Rev. Juel Kandulna. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Mary is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Angela D'Agustino Guarino, and David and Theda Heath Guarino; four grandchildren, Carmie Guarino Berry, Geri Guarino, Dusty Guarino and wife Nicole, and Leah Guarino Holden; seven great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Guarino; and parents, Jack and Catherine Sparacino Gulino. Pallbearers will be Jeff Lessing, Michael Lessing, Dusty Guarino, Brayden Holden, Cliff Heath and Gary Rispone. Mary was a graduate of Istrouma High School Class of 1938, a member of St. Louis King of France Catholic Church and a former member of the St. Louis Altar Society. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
