Mary Lamana Vince

"Mary Lamana Vince, age 98 and a resident of Baton Rouge. Mary was a gentle woman who lived God and family. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Vince, her daughter and son-in-law, Jo and Kelly Michelli and grandson, Jamie Altazan and great grandson Marshall Vince. She enjoyed cooking and preparing meals for her large Italian family. Her spaghetti "gravy" was famous and will be reminisced. She was a devoted wife and wonderful mom to 5 children: Mike, Gerald, Jo, Ronnie and Donnie. She boasts 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 12 great - great grandchildren! The family will miss "Maw Maw Mary" very much but us rejoicing her home going to heaven. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst East 11000 Florida Blvd. Thursday, December 21, 2017 starting at 5:00pm until 8:00pm.  Visitation will resume Friday, December 22, 2017 at St Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church beginning at 9:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Special thanks to Twana Dixon for the excellent care she has taken of Mary for the past few years. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.
