He was born in Baton Rouge on May 28, 1988. Max was a graduate of Episcopal High School and the University of Alabama.
Max is survived by his parents, Victoria and Richard Preis; sister and brother-in-law Mellie and Trevor Bailey; nephews, Rafe and Wade Bailey; girlfriend, Anna Johnson; and grandparents Dick and Janet Hearin. Max was preceded in death by his grandparents Vickie Hearin, Mellie and Lehman Preis, and uncle Hunt Hearin.
