

"Melinda "Linda" Lee Boudreaux passed away on December 19, 2018 in Baton Rouge, LA due to complications from cancer. She was 75. Linda was born on April 10, 1943 in Wellsville, NY to her parents, Chet and June Lee. She was an active member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School and Wellsville High School. She and her family moved to Corpus Christi, TX in 1958 where she attended W. B. Ray High School. After graduation in 1961, her family moved to Houston where she attended The University of Houston. Her working life included employment as an executive assistant, apartment manager and a ladies' locker room attendant at Raveneaux Country Club in Houston, TX-a position she enjoyed for over twenty years. Linda was known to be an avid shopper, loved time with family and friends, and thoroughly enjoyed trips back to her hometown of Wellsville, NY. Though life brought many challenges, her boundless optimism and love of life were infectious. Linda is survived by her children, Kelly Horton (Casey), son, Scott Boudreaux (Jenny), and son, John Boudreaux (Stephanie). Linda was also the proud "Grammie" to twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chet and June Lee; twin sister, Melanie "Lani" O'Neal and her twins, Michael and Michelle, shortly after their birth. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home Downtown, 825 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA, on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until a memorial service to honor Linda's life at 3:00 p.m.
