"A resident and native of Baton Rouge, he passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018, at the age of 60. Mike retired from Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals in 2012. He is survived by his brother, David Chapman and wife Wendy; his daughter Kristen Montgomery and husband David with grandchildren Sophie and Michael; his son Corey Chapman and wife Ali with grandchildren Lilian, Aiden, and Carter. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Mary Nell Chapman.
