Michael Todd Howard

Dr. Michael T. Howard was born on December 23, 1962 to the late Lorena Howard in New Orleans, LA. Michael went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Baton Rouge General Medical Center - Bluebonnet. He was reared in Morganza, LA where he attended school and graduated from Morganza High School. He moved to Baton Rouge, LA to attend Southern University and A&M College. Upon completion of his studies at Southern University and A&M College he attended Wayne State University School of Medicine, in Detroit, MI where he received his medical degree. He was a General Practitioner in Baton Rouge, LA. Michael's passions in life were family, physical well-being and gardening. Dr. Michael T. Howard leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Laural; two daughters, Micah and Mara Howard all of Baton Rouge, LA; a mother-in-law, Jackie Gros of Vacherie, LA; one brother-in-law, Collin Gros (Monique) of Zachary, LA. Michael was preceded in death by his mother and his father-in-law Joseph Gros, Jr. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 9:00 until funeral service at 11:00 AM at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.
