Mildred Whitworth Pace

Pace, Mildred WhitworthMildred W. Pace passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the age of 88. She was born August, 18, 1926 in Snow Hill, Arkansas.  A former resident of Baton Rouge she has been residing in Ponchatoula, LA for the past several years. Mildred graduated from Istrouma High School and was an insurance adjuster for many years.  She is survived by her daughter, Diana Lynn Pace Seal, grandchildren, Ingrid Seal Keir, Elizabeth Seal Meehan, Amber Seal Conceicao, Shawn Rosenbach, Joshua Rosenbach, Brandy Diane Buckhalter, Barry Pace, Derek Pace and Michael Pace, with 18 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Melvin Pace, daughter Brenda Gale Pace, a son, Barry Richard Pace, parents, James Walter and Ida Myrtle Foster Whitworth, sisters, Sarah Ruth Whitworth Wilson and Clara Evelyn Whitworth DiBenedetto, a brother Larry Melvin Whitworth.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Rabenhorst funeral Home east 11000 Florida Blvd. starting at 5:00pm until 9:00pm.  Visitation will resume Friday, June 12, 2015 starting at 9:00am with services in the funeral home chapel at 11:00am burial to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Shawn Rosenbach, Barry Pace, Derek Pace, Michael Pace, Caleb Buckhalter, Kane Buckhalter and Jon Hariford. Honorary Pallbearers are Josh Rosenbach, Dylan Keir, Matthew Keir, Ethan Seal, Devin Meehan, Marcus Conceicao and Kale Hariford.
