

He was born in Baton Rouge, La, on January 8, 1945, to Morris and Virginia Rizzutto. Wayne was raised in Port Allen, La, and graduated from Port Allen High School. He played football at University of Southwestern Louisiana and Southeastern Louisiana University. He went on to trade school and became a machinist. He later became an entrepreneur starting Industrial Parts Specialties. As a long-time resident of Central, La, Wayne used his many gifts to serve the community through Zoar Baptist Church. He will be remembered for the love and dedication he had supporting his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Nita Rizzutto, his parents Morris and Virginia and his brother James Rizzutto, Sr. Left to cherish his memory are his children Chad (Jennifer) Rizzutto, Stacie (Casey) Tingle, Kimen (Brian) Hess, and Rebecca Rizzutto; his eight grandchildren Braxton, Hayden, and Ella Rizzutto; Cassidie, Noah, and Max Tingle; Jacob and Emmie Claire Hess; and his niece Rhonda Rizzutto Webber, nephews Jimmy Rizzutto and Jeff Daniel.
Celebration of life service will be conducted at 3pm on September 4, 2025, at Zoar Baptist Church with Rev. Casey Tingle and Rev. Bill Saxby. Honorary pallbearers are Chad Rizzutto, Braxton Rizzutto, Hayden Rizzutto, Casey Tingle, Noah Tingle, Max Tingle, Brian Hess, and Jacob Hess.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm -3:00pm at Zoar Baptist Church with the service to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
