

Dr. Myles K. Gaupp found peace in the nature he loved when he passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Monday, December 31, 2012, from 10 AM until the memorial service at 12 PM. Inurnment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. He was survived by his wife of 22 years, Rita Alello Gaupp; daughter, Jill Williams and husband, Andy Cox, FL; son, Eric Williams, BR; granddaughter, Haley Williams; two sisters, Stephanie Gaupp and Karen Gaupp-Wozniak, and husband, John Wozniak; three nieces, Lindsay Johnson, Cala Wozniak, and Kristina Kempf; and his pets, Mason the beloved Doberman and LouLou the annoying cat. He is preceded in death by his parents, Myles Kernion Gaupp, Sr. and Wayne Quick Gaupp; and brother, Greg Gaupp. Myles began his medical practice in Cocoa Beach, FL after finishing medical school at LSU. He has been serving Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. Myles was an avid bird watcher, salt water fisherman and nature lover. Mylo’s constant presence will be missed by those who loved and knew him.
