Mrs. Pamela Achord Sanders a resident of Denham Springs, LA., passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 69. Mrs. Sanders was born in Baton Rouge, LA., on September 5, 1955 to parents, Huey and Pauline Achord. Pamela will be remembered as a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; she enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling.
Mrs. Sanders is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Robert Sanders; sisters, Janice Walsh (David), and Connie Saizan (Randy); daughters, Michelle Bischoff and Alisa Jones (Robbie) and son, Robert Sanders Jr. (Laura); nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death, parents Huey Leon and Pauline Partin Achord and a sister, Sharon Swindler.
Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA., on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 11:00am until service time of 2:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
